Standard legal terms governing CyberSolu digital portals, client contracts, and published mobile applications including SkinCare AI.
SkinCare AI is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, dermatological prognosis, or clinical treatment.
- SkinCare AI provides cosmetic wellness education and daily skincare routine tracking only.
- Cosmetic scores, ingredient compatibility flags, and routine checklists are purely informational and educational.
- If you are experiencing painful, bleeding, rapidly changing, spreading, or unusual skin lesions, moles, or severe rashes, you must immediately consult a board-certified dermatologist, physician, or qualified medical professional.
- Never disregard professional medical guidance or delay seeking clinical care because of something you observed or read within SkinCare AI.
1. Agreement to Terms & Minimum Age
By accessing the CyberSolu website (tech.cybersolu.com), engaging our engineering studio for software development, or downloading any mobile software published by CyberSolu Tech from the Google Play Store (including SkinCare AI), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to install, register an account on, or utilize SkinCare AI. If you are under 16, you are not authorized to use the application or submit personal preferences.
2. Client Software Engagements
For clients contracting CyberSolu Tech for bespoke software development, mobile application builds, or technical architecture:
- Statements of Work (SOW): Specific deliverables, milestone schedules, payment obligations, and acceptance criteria are defined in mutually signed contractual agreements.
- Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full and final contractual payment, all custom source code, documentation, and assets created specifically for the client transfer to the client, subject to our use of standard open-source libraries.
- Code Quality & Warranties: CyberSolu delivers tested, production-standard software accompanied by a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period for defect remediation.
3. Published Applications & End-User License (EULA)
For consumers downloading our self-published applications (including SkinCare AI, developer tools, and automation suites):
- Limited License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for personal cosmetic tracking or evaluation purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary model weights or source files from compiled binaries, except where explicitly permitted by open-source licenses.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties & Adverse Reactions
THE SERVICES, APPLICATIONS, AND ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Cosmetic Formulation Disclaimer: CyberSolu Tech and the authors of SkinCare AI are not manufacturers of cosmetic products or active pharmaceutical compounds. We make no representations regarding allergic sensitivities, chemical compatibility with individual physiology, or dermatological outcomes. Always patch-test any new cosmetic product on a small area of skin before general application.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERSOLU TECH, CYBERSOLU LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVERSE SKIN REACTIONS, ALLERGIC RESPONSES, OR MISUSE OF RECOMMENDED THIRD-PARTY COSMETIC INGREDIENTS.
