In full accordance with Google Play Store policies and international data protection standards (GDPR / CCPA), users of SkinCare AI (com.cybersolu.skincareai) have the unequivocal right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data without having to keep the app installed.

What Data Is Permanently Purged
Upon receiving and verifying your request, CyberSolu Tech executes a cascade delete across our data architecture:
- User authentication profile & credentials in Supabase Auth
- Cosmetic scan history, scores, and skin parameter metrics
- Morning and night routine checklists & custom product notes
- Skin concerns, goals, and age demographic settings
- Active session JWT tokens and push notification IDs
- SkinCare AI processes photos ephemerally in-RAM; camera photos are never stored in a server gallery
- Zero advertising profile or behavioral advertising IDs to delete
- Zero contact list, biometric face geometry, or GPS location data is ever collected
