Photos are processed ephemerally in-memory through secure Google Gemini Vision AI / Groq API endpoints. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or lease your photos or personal telemetry to data brokers.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, handling, and protection of information by CyberSolu Tech (“CyberSolu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) across our corporate website (tech.cybersolu.com), digital project portals, and mobile applications published to the Google Play Store (including SkinCare AI).
2. Mobile Applications & Play Store Data Safety
For users of SkinCare AI (Package ID: com.cybersolu.skincareai):
- Camera & Photos: Captured strictly upon explicit user click to assess cosmetic surface qualities or parse ingredient formulas. Processed in memory via encrypted TLS API requests; never shared with advertising brokers.
- User Accounts & Authentication: Handled securely via Supabase Auth with encrypted storage.
- Third-Party Processors: Supabase (encrypted database & auth), Google Gemini AI / Groq (vision & text inference).
- Advertising IDs: Zero third-party advertising SDKs or tracking networks are included.
- Data Deletion SLA: Users can request immediate data and account deletion via our web portal at tech.cybersolu.com/delete-account or by emailing hello@tech.cybersolu.com. Verification and database purging is performed within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Studio & Website Information Practices
On our public web studio (tech.cybersolu.com), we do not monetize visitor traffic or deploy invasive tracking pixels. Information is collected solely to satisfy client inquiries or voluntary beta registration:

- Product Beta Invitations: Email addresses submitted to receive release notifications.
