SkinCare AI captures photos solely upon your explicit user trigger for cosmetic analysis and product label OCR. Photos are processed ephemerally in-memory through secure AI endpoints and are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party data brokers.

2. Camera & Photo Usage
SkinCare AI requires camera and image library permissions strictly to provide core user-initiated features:
- Cosmetic Skin Analysis: Upon your direct tap of the capture button, the camera photographs facial skin zones to calculate cosmetic scores (hydration, oiliness, pores, fine lines, texture).
- Product Label OCR: Scans cosmetic ingredient packaging to detect potential allergens, irritants, or conflicting actives.
- Volatile In-Memory Processing: Photos are passed in-memory to Google Gemini Vision AI API endpoints over TLS encryption for cosmetic inference. We do not maintain a permanent server gallery of your facial images.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & Sub-Processors
To deliver secure authentication, encrypted storage, and advanced vision models, SkinCare AI interfaces with trusted enterprise providers:
- Supabase Inc.: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting, row-level security (RLS), and JWT authentication. All network transfers use HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
- Google Gemini AI / Groq: Secure vision and multimodal inference pipelines for cosmetic attribute estimation and ingredient label extraction.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion (Google Play SLA)
You have absolute ownership over your account and data. Users can request total deletion of their account and all related database records at any time:
In compliance with Google Play Store policies, you may submit an account deletion request through our web portal or by emailing hello@tech.cybersolu.com with subject “SkinCare AI - Account Deletion Request”. All user records in Supabase are verified and purged within 48 to 72 hours.
6. Children's Privacy & Minimum Age
SkinCare AI is strictly intended for individuals aged 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information or account credentials from minors under 16. If we discover that a user under 16 has submitted data, we will immediately purge the record.
