Web-accessible account and data deletion request portal in accordance with Google Play Store User Data policies.
In compliance with Google Play Store guidelines and international data privacy frameworks (GDPR Article 17, CCPA), users of SkinCare AI can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated telemetry, either directly within the mobile application or through the web form below without reinstalling the app.
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Immediate)
If you currently have SkinCare AI installed on your Android or iOS device, you can trigger immediate cryptographic deletion of your account and local biological vault:
- Open the SkinCare AI app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the top corner.
- Select Account & Security.
- Tap Delete Account & Purge Data.
- Confirm your biometric prompt or password. All records will be wiped immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form (App Already Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the application or can no longer access your device, submit your registered credentials below. Our compliance engineers will purge all corresponding records from our authentication and crash triage databases.
3. What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
Permanently Deleted:
- Authentication profile and email address
- Saved cosmetic regimens and ingredient tolerance lists
- Chronological skin barrier recovery logs
- Firebase Crashlytics user identifier mappings
Statutory Retention (If Applicable):
- Anonymized financial transaction records (Google Play Order IDs) required by tax authorities, retained strictly for statutory accounting periods without personal linkage.
